Rosen JCC Appoints Director of Development & Foundation Relations
Stacey Weiss Joins Rosen JCC Team
Orlando, FL – February 25, 2026 – The Rosen JCC is proud to announce the appointment of Stacey Weiss as its new Director of Development & Foundation Relations. In this role, Weiss will lead philanthropic strategy and donor engagement efforts in support of the JCC’s mission to strengthen community through culture, connection, and shared purpose.
Weiss brings more than a decade of experience in fundraising, community engagement, and mission-driven leadership. Known for her relationship-centered approach and strategic mindset, she believes that strong, inclusive communities have the power to transform lives.

During her nine years with Walt Disney World, Weiss developed a strong foundation in audience engagement and donor-centered thinking. She later served at the Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Florida, where education, remembrance, and mission-driven philanthropy deepened her commitment to meaningful community impact. Most recently, she led development operations at the Orlando Museum of Art, focusing on donor relationships, strategic partnerships, and long-term organizational sustainability.
“We are thrilled to welcome Stacey to the Rosen JCC,” said Ofira Bondorowsky, CEO of the Rosen JCC. “Her experience, warmth, and strategic approach to philanthropy will be instrumental as we continue to grow programs such as Arts at the J, expand our Senior and Teen initiatives, and strengthen our impact across Southwest Orlando.”
Raised in Montreal, Weiss spent much of her childhood at her local JCC, an experience that shaped her lifelong appreciation for the role a JCC plays in nurturing belonging and connection. Having called Orlando home since 2005, she is excited to bring both her professional expertise and personal passion to the Rosen JCC community.
“I’m honored to join an organization that plays such a vital role in bringing people together,” said Weiss. “I look forward to partnering with donors, families, and community leaders to expand access, deepen engagement, and ensure the Rosen JCC continues to thrive for generations to come.”
