Group Exercise Instructor
Stacey took her first yoga class 7 years ago and knew immediately she had come home. After years of long-distance running left her with ankle and knee injuries it was time to hang up her running shoes and roll out the yoga mat. What began as a form of exercise progressed into an absolute way of life. The physical practice brought much to her; but ultimately yoga helps her discover her inner peace, her stillness, her bliss, it also provides a space for her to discover and grow.
She hopes through teaching to inspire others to positively shift their lives into a path of compassion, love, health, well being, and happiness.
