AARP Orlando Salsa Events are vibrant, feel-good experiences that bring older adults together through music, movement, and connection. Set to infectious Latin rhythms, these events blend beginner-friendly salsa instruction with a fun, welcoming atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to move, smile, and enjoy the moment—no dance experience required.

Following a professional dancer performance, guests will be guided in salsa dance by expert dance instructors. Energized by a live DJ, each event keeps spirits high and feet moving. Dancers are always invited to move at their own pace, making the events accessible and enjoyable for all.

After the dancing, guests will enjoy a delicious Spanish food buffet.
