Membership dues and program fees only cover 88% of our operating costs–the rest comes from committed community members and donors like you. We rely on your generosity to continue offering the breadth and depth of programming available to people at all ages and stages of life. In addition, it will ensure that our community center can welcome the whole community–we offer financial aid and program scholarships each year. Gifts in tribute to or in memory of friends, colleagues, and loved ones are a special way to honor their commitment to a strong Jewish community. If you wish to make a tribute or memorial gift by mail, please indicate the name of the person you wish to honor (as you wish them to be listed) and the name and mailing address of the person(s) you wish to notify of your gift on your donation form.

Providing items for our silent auctions is an excellent way to familiarize the community with your product or service. Because we host a number of silent auctions each year, we recommend that you submit five items to maximize your exposure – for example, five $100 gift certificates to your restaurant. If your workplace participates in the Heart of Florida United Way’s fundraising efforts, consider directing your giving to the Rosen JCC. Simply write in the following information: Nancy Portello, Rosen JCC, 407-387-5330. Your contribution will help us build community, strengthen family life, and promote Jewish values.

An endowment is established through a tax-deductible gift. The principal of the fund is invested and only its income is used to provide the designated support. Since the principal is never touched, the fund becomes a perpetual source of funds for the program you’ve chosen.
