A cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout that takes you on a stationary, but sweaty, ride of your life!

 

Get on one of our indoor spin bikes to achieve an intense cardio workout. Participants are led through a variety of terrains that will challenge their hearts and their legs.

 

Our indoor cycling classes are held in the indoor fitness studio with various light and music settings to create an energized and fun atmosphere. Instructors will guide you through the various phases of the workout, starting with the warm-up, then moving between steady uptempo cadences, sprints, and climbs, then ending the class with a cool-down. The indoor cycling program concept incorporates the mind/body connection and visualization, leaving ‘riders’ with a great sense of accomplishment. It does not require a lot of coordination and is appropriate for men and women of all ages and abilities.While progressing through the class participants control the resistance on their own stationary bike to make the pedaling as easy or as challenging as you see fit, tailoring your workout to your needs.


All classes are free for Rosen JCC members and $10 for members of our extended community. ($5 for Yoga Lite)

The Hangout Drop-In Childcare is available seven days a week 8am to 12pm and Monday through Thursday 5pm to 8pm while a guardian is utilizing our fitness facilities and classes. Free for Rosen JCC members and $10 for members of  our extended community.
