LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Grades 6-8; $220 per week ($185 JCC members)
Our new leadership program for our middle school-age campers is the perfect blend of fun at camp, with experiential learning. Participants spend three days each week working with younger campers, one day learning through hands-on leadership training, and one day on a special field trip geared toward their age group. To register, please follow the regular process to sign up for General Camp.
Grades 9-10; $500 per 4-week session ($400 JCC members). Session I: June 12-July 7. Session II: July 11-August 5.
Our counselor-in-training (CIT) program prepares our former campers to work at camp. CITs participate in workshops to learn child care and leadership skills and gain valuable experience working as part of a team to plan and execute camp activities. Space in our CIT program is limited, and candidates are selected following an interview. CITs must be available to work for a full session (see dates above) and attend a pre-summer orientation day. CITs will receive a stipend ($200 per session) based upon attendance and successful completion of the program.
